Schooners is well known here in Panama City Beach, FL. Locals have even nicknamed it “the last local beach club.” Each year, Schooners hosts it’s famous “26th Annual Lobster Festival and Tournament.” This festival takes place from September 14-20, 2015 and is well known all over for it’s great seafood, exciting live music and fun events such as the 16th Annual Schooners Sand Sculpting Contest. This annual event is the biggest 7 day lobster festival in Florida and draws hungry visitors from all over the southeast. Make sure you come hungry because this massive festival has fresh lobster prepared every mouth watering way imaginable. Proceeds from the event benefit the Toys For Kids Foundation and the Florida Aquatic Marine Institute.
