If you happen to be at the movies this week you might want to try out the film, “Dancin’ It’s On.” This coming of age movie about two teenagers with a passion for dancing was filmed right here in Panama City Beach, Florida. Many of the filming locations such as Gulf World, Club La Vela, Arnold High School, and Shores of Panama are featured prominently in the movie. If you watch close enough you will even see Days Inn’s famous six story waterfall pool in the movie as well. For the many extras as well as the cast and crew seeing this movie will be a chance to see their hard work pay off on the big screen. The movie features many of the former contestants from shows such as “So You Think You Can Dance” and “So You Think You Can Dance Canada.” If you happen to be at the movies this weekend keep an eye out while you are watching the film…you may see people and places that you recognize.
